PACKAGES

The following meeting packages are bookable for a minimum range of 8 to 40 people. For more than 40 people or other custom arrangements, please contact us and we will provide a quote. All prices include VAT and on the bill we can separate deductible and non-deductable taxes.

4 hour package: € 25.00 euro p.p.
Includes plenary room, flipchart, projector and screen, coffee and tea in the room, bottled water and mints.

8 hour package: € 50.00 euro p.p.
Includes plenary room, flipchart, projector and screen, coffee and tea in the room, bottled water and mints, fruit and lunch.

12 hour package: € 75.00 euro p.p.
Includes plenary room, flipchart, projector and screen, coffee and tea in the room, bottled water and mints, fruit, snack, lunch and dinner.

24 hour package: € 175.00 euro p.p.
Includes plenary room, flipchart, projector and screen, coffee and tea in the room, bottled water and mints, fruit and afternoon snack, lunch, dinner, hotel room and breakfast.

32 hour package: € 225.00 euro p.p.
Includes plenary room, flipchart, projector and screen, coffee and tea in the room, bottled water and mints, fruit and snacks. Two lunches, one dinner, a hotel room and breakfast.

Extra charges / discounts:
Discount training room: € 2.50 euro p.p. per day. These rooms are slightly less luxuriously appointed and do not include audiovisual equipment.

Boardroom or panorama room: € 5, euro p.p. per day.
