WTC Plaza and reception
When you enter the WTC Plaza, you will notice there are signs posted directing attendees to your event to your room. The TV screens will list your event and are located in our lobby at the entrance and on the screens at the rooms. You can also get help at the reception desk for questions concerning your meeting. Our receptionists are happy to help.

Ground floor
When entering, on the ground floor you will find the Moscow hall on the right, which is fully equipped with a projector, screen and sound system. This room can seat up to 155 people. If you are coming for just a drink or a snack you can walk a little further and sit at a table in The Globe.

1^st floor
A beautiful marble spiral staircase leads to the first floor. This floor is home to the New York Room, which is also fully equipped with projectors, screens and a sound system. This room can be divided into three smaller rooms, and in total can seat up to 800 people.

2^nd floor
Our rooms on the second floor are ideal for meetings that do not require the full audio/visual package.

11^th floor
The 11^th floor boasts lovely 360 degree views of Leeuwarden, and can be reserved for a variety of events. This floor with its luxurious lounge is ideal for special parties or celebrations.
